Eva E. Miller

Eva E. Miller, 85, of Meadville, a resident of Crawford County Care Center since 1995, died there, Friday, April 2, 1999 following an extended illness.

She was born in Springboro, July 28, 1913, a daughter of Delbert and Ella May Knapp Spencer.  She married Donald L. Miller June 3, 1934 and he preceded her in death April 11, 1973.

She retired in 1976 as a Secretary/Receptionist at Rassweiler Hearing Aid Center in Meadville after 15 years of service.  Previously, she worked for Talon from 1931-1942.  She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Stevens of Meadville; two sister, Mrs. Carl (Nellie) Hopf of Sebastian, FL and Mrs. William (Della) Foster of San Diego, CA; one brother, Albert Spencer of Meadville and two grandchildren, Amanda Stevens and Mark Stevens.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Clara Cornell and Florence Baldwin and two brothers, Nathan Specner and Roy Spencer.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
