F. Wesley Lindberg

April 11, 1904 — December 30, 1992

F. Wesley Lindberg, 88, a resident of Wesbury United Methodist Community, a retired plant engineer, died Wednesday, December 30, 1992, at Wesbury after a period of failing health.

He was born in Bradford, April 11, 1904, a son of Frank and Lucille Lindberg.  He married Rada Wright, January 30, 1926.  She survives.

He was a former resident of Erie and Cleveland.  He was a retired plant engineer for Arwood Corp. of Cleveland.  While living in Erie, he was a member of the Cascade United Methodist Church and is now a member of the Orange City United Methodist Church of Orange City, FL.  He was a graduate of the former Academy High School, Erie and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and LaSalle University of Chicago.  He was a member of the Cuyahoga County Society of Engineers, past president of the Wesbury Home Council and a former volunteer driver with the American Cancer Society.

In addition to his wife, survivors include a son, Wesley R. Lindberg of Erie, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Erie.
