Florence Pauline Manross

Mrs. Florence Pauline Manross, wife of Charles L. Manross, of Meadville, died Monday, April 25, 1960, at City Hospital.

She was born July 21, 1890, a daughter of Jacob and Lousia Klinger Haury.  She was the first baby born at City Hospital.

She was married on June 7, 1913.

Mrs. Manross was a member of Grace Methodist Church.  She was a member of the Philathea Class of the Church School, Meadville Prayer Group, Practical Nurses Assn., Meadville Grange, Ladies Aux. of Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, Women's Benevolent Assn. and of the Past Grands Assn. of Rebekahs.

Surviving, besides her husband, are a daughter, Miss Frances Helen Manross at home; a son, James C. Manross of Meadville; a sister, Mrs. Roy A. Miller of Meadville; a brother, Alfred Haury of Fredericksburg and three grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
