Floyd N. Barlow

October 21, 1902 — January 1, 1753

Floyd N. Barlow, 55, of Meadville, was killed instantly when part of a well drilling rig he was helping to lower touched a high tension wire on June 16, 1958.

Barlow, a native of Sugar Grove Township, Warren County, had lived in the Wayland area 37 years.  He was born October 21, 1902, a son of Abel B. and Adella Hopkins Barlow.

He was a farmer and well driller.

He married the former Mabel Taylor of Elkins, WV, who survives.

Besides his widow, he is survived by two brothers, Percy and Ray Barlow both of East Mead Township and several nieces and nephews.

Interment was in Stilson Hill Cemetery, Warren County.
