Floyd Stutzman, 79, of Little Cooley, died at his residence Tuesday, October 20, 1981 after a sudden illness.
He was born at Sedgewick, CO, December 19, 1901, a son of Courson and Clara Kaufman Stutzman. He married Frances Troyer, November 23, 1925.
Mr. Stutzman started in the logging business in 1946, retiring in 1967 from operation of Floyd Stutzman and Sons Lumber Mill at Little Cooley.
He was a member of Little Cooley United Methodist Church.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two sons, Philip and David, both of Little Cooley; a sister, Mrs. Wilson (Charlotte) King of Ft. Myers, FL; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Forrest and a sister, Beulah Wilhelm.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Kingsley Cemetery.
