Frank I. Stainbrook, 49, of Meadville, died at his home Wednesday evening, August 18, 1965.
He was employed for the past 20 years as an operator in the recovery department at the American Viscose Division of FMC Corp. and before that was employed at the Keystone Ordnance Works.
Born in Meadville, October 16, 1915, he was a son of Roy and Anna Allen Stainbrook. He was married to Kathryn Boughner February 8, 1936.
A Methodist, Mr. Stainbrook was a member of the Textile Workers Union of America and East Mead Volunteer Fire Department.
Surviving besides his widow are a daughter, Mrs. Edward (Doris) Loper of Meadville; three sons, Robert G. of Meadville, Richard W. at home and Donald I. of Cooperstown; his mother, Mrs. Anna Stainbrook of Meadville; three sisters, Mrs. Willis (Betty) Vogan of Cochranton, Mrs. Florence Graham of Sanford, FL and Mrs. Boyd (Mae) Cooper of Columbus, OH; one brother, Leroy Stainbrook of Franklin; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Kiser Hill Cemetery.
