Frank K. Furry, 62, of Meadville, died suddenly Thursday, November 13, 1969, at his home. Dr. Wilbur Thomas, Crawford County coroner, ruled it a natural death.
Mr. Furry was born in Akron, OH, July 29, 1907, a son of Burt C. and Helen Stewart Furry. He married the former Pauline Osborn February 2, 1926.
He was a former employee of the Erie-Lackawanna Railway roundhouse. He was a member of St. Hippolyte Roman Catholic Church, Frenchown.
Surviving, besides his widow, are six daughters, Miss Cleo Furry, Mrs. Howard (Sandra) Baker, Mrs. Donald (Judith) Shellenberger, Mrs. Charles (Kathleen) Berkley, Mrs. Gene (Christine) McClelland, all of Akron, OH and Mrs. Terry (Janet) Copeland of Saegertown; four sons, Gerald and Timothy Furry, both of Akron, James Furry of Guys Mills and William Furry of Meadville; and twenty grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in St. Hippolyte Cemetery.
