Frank P. Krider, 82, a resident of United Methodist Nursing Hospital for the past seven months, was dead on arrival at City Hospital Thursday, November 4, 1976, after a sudden illness.
Born in Meadville December 15, 1893, he was a son of John and Elizabeth Seibert Krider. He was employed for 47 years by the Erie Lackawanna Railway CO. and its predecessors in Meadville, Youngstown, OH and Hornell, NY. Upon his retirement in 1959, he was chief statistician at Hornell.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Edward (Phyllis) Derricott of Meadville and Mrs. Andrew (Patricia) Campbell of Rochester, NY; two sisters, Mrs. Jeannette Williams of Lynchburg, VA; Mrs. Helen Williams of Tucson, AZ; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in St. Agatha's Cemetery.
