Fred A. Gendron, 77, died Sunday, July 6, 1958, at City Hospital after an illness of three weeks.
He was a resident of the Methodist Home for the Aged where he was employed as a maintenance man. He had been on the staff since 1942. He formerly worked for the W. L. Dunn Construction Co., Cochranton, and was a farmer in the Mt. Hope community for several years.
Survivors include a step-daughter, Mrs. Bernice Ellion of Meadville; a cousin in Chittenango, NY; three step-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
