Frederick E. Weisman

Frederick E. Weisman, 65, of Meadville, where he resided all his life, died Monday, March 15, 1976, after his arrival at City Hospital following a sudden illness.

He was born in Meadville, May 7, 1910, a son of Edward and Frances Daisy Snyder Weisman.  He married Grace Snyder November 9, 1935.  She died October 4, 1975.

Mr. Weisman retired May 31, 1975, from FMC Corp. where he had been employed 38 years as an electrician.  He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ and of the church Sunday School and a life member of Elks Lodge 219.

Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Lee and Joyce Irene Weisman, both of Meadville and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Irene B. Weisman, who died in 1931.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
