Grace E. Graham

Mrs. Grace E. Graham, 62, wife of Russell L. Graham, of Meadville, died Wednesday, July 28, 1982, at City Hospital following a two-months illness.

She was born at Fellsburg, Westmoreland County, January 13, 1920, a daughter of John and Janet Aitken.  She married Mr. Graham August 8, 1941.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, member and former secretary of Meadville Elks Aux., and member of Golden Crown Chapter 44, Order of the Eastern Star.  She retired in April after 24 years of service in the meat department of Quality Market.  She had worked several years in Dain's Meat Market, Meadville.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Larry A. of Albion, NY and Thomas H. of Minneapolis; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Ritchie of Donora, Mrs. Bert (Ann) Elgar of Montreal and Mrs. Idris (Ellen) Martin of Belle Vernon; three brothers, Robert Aitken of Fellsburg, James Aitken of West Newton and William Aitken of Donora; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Janet Gibbs.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
