Grace E. Sheakley

Mrs. Grace E. Sheakley, 92, a resident of Wesbury United Methodist Community since September 1980, died Tuesday, May 5, 1987, at Wesbury following a period of failing health.

She was born in Greenwood Township, October 22, 1894, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Mook.  She married Warren G. Sheakley in 1914.  He preceded her in death in 1966.  Mrs. Sheakley attended St. Paul's United Church of Christ.

Survivors include two sons, Merrel Sheakley of Meadville and Robert Sheakley, Sr. of Charleston, SC; a brother, Daniel W. Mook of Meadville; several nieces and nephews; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, James E. Sheakley, April 24, 1987.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
