Grace L. Hunter

Grace L. Hunter, 80, was a waitress at the Kepler Hotel Restaurant and member of Hayfield Grange.

She was first employed as a waitress at the Kepler, a hotel which operated in Meadville.  She was later a retail sales clerkk for Kerr's Jewelry Store.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Meadville.

Miss Hunter, a patient at Wesbury United Methodist Community, died after a lengthy illness Friday, May 27, 1994, at Meadville Medical Center.  She was formerly of Meadville.

She was born in Guys Mills, January 26, 1914, a daughter of Datus and Ida Hillard Hunter.

Survivors include three sisters, Violet Murray of Saegertown; Evelyn Hunter of Lakewood, OH and Genevieve Hunter of Elyria, OH; one brother, Rodney Hunter of Guys Mills and five nieces and one nephew.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Guyla Morris and one brother, Karl Hunter.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
