Guy W. Mook

July 20, 1892 — January 1, 1753

Guy W. Mook, 62, of Meadville, died Sunday morning at City Hospital after a long illness.

A native of Fairfield Township, he spent his entire life in the Meadville area.  He served 14 months with the 2nd Ordnance Co. during World War I.  He was a member of Watson Run Evangelical and Reformed Church.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Melva Mitchell Mook; one son, Melvin of Saegertown; six sisters, Mrs. Lewis Mattocks of Custards, Mrs. Frank Vatter of Union Township, Mrs. Alex Berrier of Saegertown, Mrs. Charles Plummer of Greenville, Mrs. Bernard Davern of Cleveland and Mrs. Forrest Lane of Long Beach, CA; two brothers, Leroy Mook of Waterford and Lawrence Mook of Orangeville, OH and four grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Stevenson Cemetery.
