H. Mason Stockholm

H. Mason Stockholm, 55, of Meadville, died Friday, August 19, 1982, at Rosewell Park Memorial Institute, Buffalo, after an illness of several months.

Born February 28, 1927, at Attica, NY, he was a son of Elias and Ella Brink Stockholm.  He married Jane Kirby July 28, 1927.

He worked as a scale inspector at Erie-Lackwanna Railroad for 33 years and part-time at Accurate Scale Service.  He served in World War II in the army in Europe.

Survivors include his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Lynn) Nies of Meadville and Kathy Stockholm at home; a son, Brad Stockholm of Meadville; a sister, Mrs. John (Dorothy) Mack of Buffalo; a brother, Jack Stockholm of Attica and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Oliver.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
