Harold D. Agnew

Harold D. (Harry) Agnew, 52, of Harmonsburg, died Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Hamot Medical Center, Erie following an extended illness.

He was born in Meadville July 23, 1958, a son of the late Harold and Betty Knierman Agnew.

Harry attended Linesville High School and was a lifelong farmer, working for Lowell Agnew Farms, Harmonsburg and Bortnick Farms, Conneautville.  He enjoyed going to the races.

He was of the Presbyterian faith.

Survivors include two daughters, Erin Samuels and her husband Zack of Conneautville and Stacey Bilich and her husband Chad of Meadville; a son, Duane Agnew of Conneautville; a granddaughter, Kourtney Samuels; a brother, Ronald Agnew and his wife Sara of Meadville; three nephews, Joel, Justin, and Jaden; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Sue Agnew.

Calling hours will be Saturday from 12 to 2 p.m. at Waid-Coleman Funeral Home, 12422 Conneaut Lake Rd., Conneaut Lake where the funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Sue Nageotte, Pastor of Rocky Grove Avenue Presbyterian Church, Franklin, officiating.

Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Harmonsburg.
