Harold Raymond Hanks

March 21, 1898 — January 1, 1753

Harold Raymond Hanks, 48, died suddenly early Friday morning at his home near Guys Mills.

A veteran of World War I, he had been employed for 16 years as a rural letter carrier at the Guys Mills post office, and was a member of the rural letter carriers association.

Mr. Hanks is survived by his widow; a daughter, Irene and a son, Jack, both at home; by three brothers, Larue of Meadville, Edgar of Richmond Township and Merwin of Guys Mills.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Radle Cemetery, Randolph Township.
