Harry P. Crawford, 88, of Woodcock Township, died early Saturday at The Smith Institute after several years of failing health.
Son of the late Anderson and Angeline White Crawford, he was born in Mercer County and spent most of his life at various locations in western Crawford County. He was a painter by trade.
He resided for many years with a daughter, Mrs. Frank T. Swavey of McGuffintown Road.
Besides Mrs. Swavey, he is survived by two sons, Emile A. of Cambridge Springs and Raymond E. of Meadville; six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Cochranton Cemetery.
