Hazel E. Hawk

Mrs. Hazel E. Hawk, 51, of Meadville, died suddenly at home on Monday, April 30, 1973.

Born in Craigsville, Armstrong County, on January 4, 1922, she was a daughter of Chart E. and Helen Anthony.  She married Nile T. Hawk in 1946 and was a member of First Presbyterian Church and its women's assn.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Duane K. of Newport News, VA, Harold L. of Pittsburgh and Larry C., at home; her mother, of Worhtington; four sisters, Mrs. Dale (Alice) Miller of Butler, Mrs. Edwin (Jane) Bowser of Worthington, Mrs. Robert (Helen) Leiner of Seminole, FL and Mrs. Charles (Leona) Shearer of Middletown, OH; and four brothers, Francis of Ford City, Walter of Fenelton, C. Norman of Craigsville and Glenn of Worthington.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Lawnhaven Cemetery, Worthington.
