Hazel M. Culver

Mrs. Hazel M. Culver, 69, of Meadville, died at her home Monday, April 21, 1969, after a long illness.

She was born at Mill Village, Erie County, August 4, 1899, a daughter of John and Jennie Thomas Danforth.  Most of her early life was spent in the New Richmond area.  She married Mr. Ralph L. Culver in 1925 and he survives.

Also surviving are a son, Robert Kane of Meadville; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Koontz of San Jose, CA, Mrs. Ethel Culver of Cambridge Springs and Mrs. Mitzie Fisk of Bentley, KA; and a brother, William Danforth of Wichita, KA.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Millers Station Cemetery, Rockdale Township.
