Hazel M. Seaman

Hazel M. Seaman, 92, of Meadville, died Sunday, September 18, 1988, at the home of Mrs. John Perry, with whom she resided with the past four years, following a one month illness.

She was born in Townville, June 13, 1896, a daughter of Earl and Alice Shorts Franklin.  She married Paul Seaman.  He preceded her in death in 1957.

She had retired from the Housekeeping Department of the former American Viscose Corp. after 32 years of service.

Survivors include two sons, Theodore Saeman of Meadville and Kenneth Seaman of Marion, OH; several nieces and nephews, sixteen grandchildren; thirty-eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jean Shafer, three sisters and one brother.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Radle Cemetery, Randolph Township.
