Helen Elouise Foulk

April 19, 1912 — December 12, 2005

Helen Eloise Foulk, 92, of Sun City, California passed away at home on December 12, 2004.  Born on April 19, 1912 in Mercer County, she graduated from Cochranton High School in 1929.  She was a resident of Meadville until 1988.

Preceding her in death was her loving husband of fifty years, Richard Melvin Foulk.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Campbell and a brother, Lauren Campbell.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in law, Bruce and Judy Foulk of Wayne, Michigan, daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Steven Graff of Temecula, California, grandchildren, Cynthia (David) Schofield of Wayne, Michigan, Jeffrey (Ronna) Foulk of Naperville, Illinois, great-grandchildren, Joshua, Justin and Jacob Schofield and Brigitte, Rebecca and Sarah Foulk.

She enjoyed sewing and crafts, was a Life Member of the Order of Eastern Star, Golden Crown Chapter No. 44 and a member of the First Christian Church in Meadville prior to her move to California where she was a member of the Valley Church of Christ in Sun City.

Calling hours are Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., 581 Chestnut Street, Meadville.  The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Terry Clark and Ralph Pratt of First Christian Church, co-officiating.

Burial will be at Union Cemetery in Guys Mills.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 464 Pine Street, Meadville or Hospice of Crawford County, 448 Pine Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
