Helen Joslyn Milner, 83, was a long-time member of Stone United Methodist Church, where she was active as a former trustee, Sunday school teacher and member of United Methodist Women.
Milner, of Meadville died Tuesday, July 26, 1994, at Wesbury United Methodist Community following a period of failing health.
She was born in Meadville May 11, 1911, a daughter of Bert and Elizabeth Lupher Dunham. She married Clarence H. (Carl) Joslyn, August 17, 1945. He preceded her in death August 22, 1965. She subsequently married Lester C. Milner, November 30, 1983. He preceded her in death February 13, 1984.
She was a graduate of Meadville High School and Meadville Commercial College. Following graduation she worked for a short period in the accounting department of Talon. She was a former district treasurer of the United Methodist Women, Erie/Meadville district. She was a former member of Golden Crown Chapter No. 44, Order of the Eastern Star and a former district deputy of District 1B.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Penny) Randall of Carlisle; two grandchildren; two stepdaughters and a stepson.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
