Helen M. Foust, 92, formerly of Meadville and a resident of Rolling Fields Nursing Home since January died there Tuesday, August 16, 2005.
She was born in Pittsburgh, December 11, 1912, a daughter of Karl and Helen Melchner Durovey. She married Harold A. Foust June 24, 1931. He preceded her in death 1985.
She worked as a clerk at the Park Golf Course for 17 years and previously had worked as a production worker at Blazon in Conneautville for 7 years.
She was a member of Linesville United Methodist Church, life-member of Sunshine Club of Linesville, former 55+ Card Club member and a former member of Rebekah Lodge, Order of Eastern Star. She enjoyed flower gardening, playing card and being with her friends.
Survivors, include one daughter, Bonnie Allen (Buck) of Meadville; one son, Karl R. Foust (Lucille) of Wolcott, NY; six grandchildren, Debbie Durovey, Darlene Spacek, Shawn Foust, Karl R. Foust, Jr., Brandi Allen and Jeremy Allen; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Bruce R. Foust; two brothers, Chuck Durovey and Ernest Durovey; one sister, Lene Zorn and several nieces and nephews.
Interment was in Foust Cemetery.
