Helen M. Pieszak, 91, of Conneaut Lake and formerly of Lawrenceville, PA, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Friday, July 2, 2021.
She was born June 6, 1930 in Lawrenceville, a daughter of William and Helen Muszynska Balzer. She married Edwin Pieszak August 22, 1950.
Helen will be remembered as selfless, patient, loyal, and for her unwavering faith in our Lord. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of the Americas Church, Altar Rosary Society and the 300 Club.
Survivors, in addition to her husband Edwin of 70 years, include three daughters, Claudia Kwiatek (George), Cynthia Szramowski (Donald), and Beverly Sneed Montgomery; eleven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Theresa Balzer; numerous nieces and nephews; and her best Conneaut Lake friend, Adele Smith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Richard Pieszak (Valerie) and five brothers.
Family and friends will be received Tuesday, July 6th from 4-7 p.m. at WAID-COLEMAN FUNERAL HOME, 12422 CONNEAUT LAKE RD., CONNEAUT LAKE with a Rosary service at 6:30 p.m.
Additional hour of calling will be Wednesday, July 7th from 10-11 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of the Americas Church, 155 S. Ninth St., Conneaut Lake where a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. David Carter as Celebrant.
Interment will be in Our Lady Queen of the Americas Cemetery.
