Henry M. Freyermuth

Henry M. Freyermuth, 77, of East Fairfield Township, where he had lived all his life, died at his home Tuesday, October 13, 1959, after an illness of about a year.

He was born in East Fairfield Township, January 21, 1882, a son of Jacob and Catherine (Stein) Freyermuth.  He was married to Irene Reitze, December 14, 1940.  He previously was married to Maud Ridgeway.

Freyermuth was employed as a farmer and was a member of the Kathryn Kehlman Church of Youngstown, OH, where he had been an elder usher for 10 years.

Surviving, are his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Walter (Viola) Voehl of Linesville and Mrs. Gordon (Virginia) Pegan of East Fairfield Township; two stepchildren, Mrs. John Palka and Mrs. Paul Kebert, both of Meadville; two sisters, Mrs. Howard (Lucy) Powell and Mrs. Thurman (Gertrude) Shilling, both of Meadville; a brother, Daniel J. Freyermuth of East Fairfield Township; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Cochranton Cemetery.
