Hermon G. Brown

Hermon G. Brown, 78, of Conneaut Lake, died Tuesday, November 21, 1995, at home following a lengthy illness.

He was born July 20, 1917, a son of the late Harry E. and E. Gertrude (Hughes) Brown.

He retired in 1981 from the Rockwell International Brake Plant in Ashtabula, OH as a quality control inspector, after 18 years of service.  He had also worked at Meadowbrook Dairy and American Viscose Corp.

He was a member of Stone United Methodist Church, Crawford County Amateur Radio Society and was a graduate of Meadville High School.

Survivors include:  three daughters, Paula Schaef (Dan) of Conneaut Lake, Beth Marconi (Jeff) of Ft. Myers, FL and Constance Lichtinger (David) of Leesburg, FL; a step-daughter, Cynthia Jannot of Erie; nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Bubbett; five brothers, F. David Brown, Henry Brown, Alfred Brown, George Brown and his twin brother, Herbert G. Brown.

Service were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
