Hester B. Terrill

Hester B. Terrill, 77,  of Meadville, died Tuesday, April 29, 1997 at Meadville Medical Center following a period of declining health.

She was born September 20, 1919, a daughter of the late Douglass and Ruth Ash Barr.  She married Wilford Terrill April 14, 1938.  He survives.

Mrs. Terrill was a 1937 graduate of Meadville High School.  She worked for many years as a spinner at American Viscose.  She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.  She was a real animal lover always caring for strays.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include one sister, Charlotte Scott of Conneaut Lake; one aunt, Dorothy Carpenter of Meadville and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Union Cemetery, Guys Mills.
