Howard G. Luzier, Sr., 43, of Guys Mills, was dead on arrival at Spencer Hospital early Friday, February 27, 1976, after an apparent heart attack at his home.
He was born in Woodland, Clearfield County, September 1, 1932, a son of Lynn and Margaret Mason Luzier. He married Ethel Gable on August 9, 1952. Mr. Luzier was a bricklayer and was a member of Local 28, Bricklayers, Masons and Plasterers International, of Erie.
Survivors include his widow; seven daughters, Mrs. Vincent (Karen) Moore of Meadville, Mrs. Aaron (Diane) Holsopple of Guys Mills, and Linda, Judy, Kim, Tina and Cherie, all at home; a son, Howard G., Jr., at home; his parents of Woodland; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Lou Bowman and Mrs. Katherine Lavine, both of Olanta and Mrs. Donna Ongley of Cochranton and Mrs. Sue Kovach of Woodland; four brothers, Grant of Meadville, Arthur of Glen Richey, Ernest of Clearfield and Wilbur of Woodland; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sisters.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Kiser Hill Cemetery.
