Ida May Kepler

Mrs. Ida May Thomas Kepler, 94, was born May 8, 1923 to William Clayton and Ella May Walters Thomas in Crawford County, PA. She was preceded in death by a sister and five brothers. She married Lawrence Robert Kepler on July 21, 1945. Mr. Kepler preceded her in death in 2013. To this union was born Lawrence Robert "Bob" Kepler II and Alice Thomas Kepler. In addition to her children, Mrs. Kepler is survived by Bobs wife, Sue, and Alices husband, Gene Andrews. She was also the proud grandmother of David and John Kepler and wife, Jessi, as well as Jennifer Lou Andrews Dahmer and husband, Matt, and Lisa Anne Andrews and husband, Robert Denton. She was the great-grandmother of Macey, Owen, and Ezra Dahmer and Isabel Denton, and sister to Roberta Vinopal. She received her highest honor on Wednesday August 30, 2017 when she entered her eternal reward in Greenville, NC, where she had made her home for the past 21 years. The funeral service will be conducted Friday at 7 PM in the Wilkerson Funeral Chapel, Greenville. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held Sunday at 2 PM in the Venango Cemetery, Venango, PA. Memorials may be made to Campus Christian Fellowship, P. O.
