Isabel Gruver

Isabel Gruver, 74, passed away at 6:17 p.m. on Sunday, November 15, 2009 in her home at 5630 Main Street, Hartstown, where she resided with her son, William and his wife Roberta, after a long battle with lung disease.

She was born September 25, 1935 a daughter of William and Helen Alabran Bahme.  She married Clark Reefer in 1952 and subsequently married Joe Gruver in 1968 and he preceded her in death July 10, 1987.

She attended Shannock Valley High School in Rural Valley, PA.  She was employed at Blazon Toy Factory in Jamestown and White Cliff Nursing Home in Greenville.  She was a member of Conneaut Lake Park Vol. Fire Dept. and Linesville VFW.  She enjoyed bowling, crocheting, country music and spending time with her grandchildren.  She will be sadly missed by all.

Survivors, include: 6 children, Debbra Reefer of Meadville, Joseph Reefer and his wife Christie of Riverside, CA, Wilma Andrews of Meadville, Audrey Myers and her fiancé Rocky Patterson of Desert Hot Springs, CA, William Gruver and his wife Roberta of Hartstown and Bobbie Jo Buchholz and her companion Mark Jozwiak of Hartstown; sixteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at a later date.
