Iva Wells Fulton

May 23, 1887 — January 1, 1753

Mrs. Iva Wells Fulton, 70, of Meadville, died Sunday morning at Sewickley Valley Hospital, Sewickley, after an illness of three weeks.

Mrs. Fulton was the widow of the Rev. Robert B. Fulton, pastor of Meadville United Presbyterian Church for several years.  She had been visiting a daughter, Mrs. H. Dean Clelland of Clinton, when she became ill.

Born at Waterford, she was a daughter of the late George F. and Hattie Ross Wells.  She lived at Waterford during her early life and then lived in several places where her husband served as pastor.

She lived in Meadville since 1926 except for seven years following her husband's retirement.  She was a member of the Meadville First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include two sons, R. Wells Fulton of Meadville and James W. Fulton of Galion, OH; three daughters, Mrs. Robert H. Stone of Galion, Mrs. Charles S. Jones of Tampa, FL and Mrs. Clelland; and eleven grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Waterford Cemetery.
