J. Wallace Lingo

June 17, 1869 — January 1, 1753

J. Wallace Lingo, 76, well known resident of Guys Mills, died Wednesday at Spencer Hospital, after a long period of failing health.

He was born in Richmond Township and for many years was associated with his brother in the hardware and roofing business at Guys Mills.  The firm was widely known at the Lingo Brothers.  He was a member of the Guys Mills Congregational Church.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Wallace Hall of Guys Mills; three grandchildren, Mrs. George Brunot, Mrs. Charles Burda and Miss Doris Hall and one great-grandson, Ronald Brunot, all of Guys Mills; also one brother, W. Judson Lingo of Conneautville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Union Cemetery, Guys Mills.
