Jack Albert Myers

Jack Albert Myers, 67 of Polk, formerly of Titusville, Florida, passed away on June 29, 2019, at Grove City Medical Center. Jack was born in Troy, Ohio on September 21, 1952 to late Freda Hazel and Stanley Lewis Myers. Jack worked a great portion of his life by traveling the country and working at a carnival. Jack liked to collect rare Canadian coins, enjoyed his thine lizzy and beer. Jack's soul was saved and he went home to be with his redeemer. Jack is survived by his daughter Tammy Smith and husband Allen, and grandchildren Austin Smith and Ethan Smith and wife Karrah of West Virginia, niece Susan and her husband Roy Wheeler, nephew Gary Myers of Franklin, three great nieces and one great nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Paul Myers, John Myers, Mike Myers, Ike Myers, Jimmy Myers, sisters Mary Ann and Helen. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake. A Private Memorial Service will be held at the family’s home on July 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm 128 Outdoor Ave Polk, PA 16342. Casual attire is requested. Memorials may be made in Jacks’s name to Black Funeral Home, PO Box 245, Stoneboro, PA 16153, to help defray funeral expenses.
