Jacob M. Miller, of Blooming Valley, died at the Meadville City Hospital Wednesday at the age of 66 years, after a lingering illness.
The deceased spent most of his life in the vicinity of Wilkinsburg, having spent the past 21 years in this county. He was a director of the Blooming Valley school board, a member of the Woodcock Center Grange, Blooming Valley M. E. Church, and was formerly a member of the Hebron United Presbyterian Church of Wilkinsburg and a member of the Mt. Hope Lodge, IOOF, Allegheny County.
He is survived by his widow, Louisa Schwarzel Miller; one daughter, Katherine Miller, at home; two sons, Conrad of Meadville and George at home; three sisters, Mrs. Mary S. Wilt, Mrs. Margaret Young and Mrs. Clara Schwarzel, and two brothers, Howard and C. P. Miller, all of Pittsburgh.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
