James B. Frazier, 61, of Saegertown, died at St. Vincent Health Center, Sunday, March 10, 1991, after a sudden illness.
He was born in Meadville, March 10, 1930, a son of James B. and Margaret DeRoss Frazier, Sr. He married Shirley Daniels, May 23, 1953. She survives.
He was employed with Rogers Brothers, Albion, as a layout worker, with 39 years of service.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving with the US Army. He was a sportsman, active in hunting, trapping and camping; a member of the Albion Sportsman's Club; past president of Rogers Brothers Credit Union; served as president and coach for Cussewago Little League for eight years; and was a financial secretary of the steel workers local.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, David C. Frazier of Bridgeville and Paul E. Frazier of Cambridge Springs; a sister, Mrs. Charles (Lettie) Decker of Meadville; a brother, Carl R. Frazier of Myrtle Beach, SC; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant sister.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Venango Cemetery.
