James “Jim” Conrad Huff, 92 of Meadville, formerly of Sandy Lake, passed away on November 29, 2020 at Wesbury in Meadville. Jim was born in Franklin on November 13, 1928 to the late Clarence J and Mildred F. (Green) Huff. He was a graduate of Meadville High School and went on to proudly serve his Country in the United States Army Air Corps in WWII, and again in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Jim worked for many years for Babcock and Wilcox of Cleveland, OH, as a Power Plant Inspector and Technician. Jim was a member of the Meadville VFW Post #2006. Jim married his wife, Betty J Rutledge on February 12, 1965, she preceded him in death on January 5, 1990. Jim is survived by his longtime companion, Patricia Selden and her son, Kyle, of Sandy Lake, daughter Carol Newton of Texas, son David Huff of Florida, nephews Ron Huff of Franklin and D. Joseph Huff of Meadville, nieces Charlene Shreve and Mary Lou Arthur both of Union City and Claris Ruggles and Emily Parker, both of Los Angeles, CA, and sister-in-law Jane Huff of Union City. In addition to his parents and wife, Jim was preceded in death by 4 brothers. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake.
