James Lawrence Jezak, 75, of Sadsbury Twp., passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born November 29, 1946 in Pittsburgh a son of Steve and Anna Muskardin Jezak. Jim graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Secondary English and from Duquesne University of Pittsburgh with an M.A. degree in English. Jim taught English in the Conneaut School District for thirty seven years retiring in 2008. He was a member of Our Lady Queen of the Americas Church.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Ruth Ann; two daughters, Stephanie H. Fromme (Rance) of Bellville, TX and Heather A. Ritchie (Heath) of Rockport, MA; two grandchildren, Rhett and Sara Fromme; one brother, Robert Jezak (Patsy) of Manning, SC; one sister, Dorothy Stagno (Dominic) of Pittsburgh and nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of the Americas Church, 155 S. Ninth Street, Conneaut Lake with Fr. David Carter, Celebrant. The family requests that everyone be properly masked.
Interment will be in Our Lady Queen of the Americas Cemetery.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute, 16792 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316.
