James Lloyd Childs

J. Lloyd Childs, 71, of Meadville, died February 7, 1965, at Flickinger's Convalescent Home after an extended illness.

He was born in Steuben Township, Crawford County, June 9, 1893, a son of LeRoy and Alice Childs.  He married Bertha Terrill December 19, 1916, she survives.

He was a member of Townville Methodist Church.

Survivors, in addition to his widow, include a sister, Mrs. Mary Kingsley of Cambridge Springs and one niece, Mildred of Oil City.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greenlawn Cemetery.
