Janet Mckenry Jones

Janet McKenry Jones, 74, of Conneaut Lake, died May 21, 2003, in the Meadville Medical Center.

Born August 10, 1928, in Meadville, PA, she was a daughter of the late Elmer B. and Mildred Goll McKenry.  She married William Jones, he died in 1996.

A 1946 graduate of Beaver High School, she was a member of Our Lady Queen of the Americas Church, Conneaut Lake, PA and enjoyed her friends and being with family.

Surviving are two sisters, Jane E. McKenry of Conneaut Lake and Ida Equels (Wayne) of Bridgewater; a brother, Elmer B. McKenry (Judy) of Pittsburgh; three nieces, Allison Equels, Sharon Watts and Elizabeth Johnson and a nephew, Patrick McKenry.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Services were held at Waid-Coleman Funeral Home.

Interment was in St. Michael's Cemetery, Greenville, PA.
