Janice G. Reynolds, 62, of Meadville, died Saturday, December 11, 1993, at Meadville Medical Center following an extended illness.

She was born in Franklin, July 10, 1931, a daughter of Paul and Helena Sutherland Goodwill. She married Arthur Getchell in 1949 and then subsequently married Clarence Reynolds in 1984. He survives.
She was employed at Masons Department Store for 15 years where she also was union shop steward. In her retirement, she did child and elderly home care for 12 years.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
She also was a member of the ladies auxiliary for S. B. Dick Hose Volunteer Fire Department, the ladies auxiliary for the Vernon Township VFD shuffleboard league. She was a member of the coffee and donut league for Eagles Bowling Team.
In addition to her husband, survivors include five daughters, Yvonna H. Kilburn, Barbara S. Lallier and Cheryl J. Gates, all of Meadville, Marsha I. Bradish of Austin, TX and Lisa G. Reynolds of Conneaut, OH; a son, Mark E. Getchell of Conneaut, OH; two sisters, Patricia Swartz of Meadville and Karen Piazza of Sharon; three brothers, Duane Goodwill of Sharon, Richard Goodwill of Conneaut Lake and William Goodwill of Springfield, VA; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
