Janice M. Blank, 59, a resident of The Grove at Greenville, passed away peacefully there Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

She was born December 9, 1961 in Grove City, a daughter of Wayne and Ruth Knight Butler.  She married Randall K. Blank June 17, 1989.

Janice was a graduate of Grove City High School.  She was first employed by Bilo in Grove City and subsequently was employed as a secretary for IU4 in Grove City.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, writing poems, playing the piano and especially spending time with family and friends.

Survivors, in addition to her husband Randy, include a daughter, Jessica Blank (Donny) of Conneaut Lake; a son, Walter Blank (Rachel) of Erie; four grandchildren, Abby, Lincoln, Emma and Maverick; two sisters, Barbara and Joyce Butler; two brothers, Bob Butler (Linda) and Ronald Butler (Kathy) and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Bollinger and a brother, Bill Butler.

A private graveside service will be at Lakeview Cemetery, Conneaut Lake.
