Mrs. Jean Cunningham, of Meadville, died at City Hospital Monday, February 26, 1973, after a short illness. She had been hospitalized 12 days.
She was born at Pittsburgh, a daughter of Walter and Annette Bowman. Mrs. Cunningham was a well-known local musician, playing the piano, accordion and the organ in the area for over 30 years. She was nationally acclaimed by the Lowrey Organ Co. while featuring their organ at Citrus Towers, Clairmont, FL. Mrs. Cunningham was a member of Meadville Music Society 344.
Survivors include her husband, T. Archie Cunningham; three sisters, Mrs. Mildred Moeller and Mrs. Marian Poke of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Mr. Alberta Jane Schueler of Pittsburgh; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
