Jean W. Fee

Jean W. Fee, 91, of Meadville, died Monday, September 6, 2010 at Wesbury United Methodist Community.

She was born August 5, 1919 in Elizabeth, NJ a daughter of Daniel Vaughn and Florence Hebbe Waters.  She married William Homer Fee October 19, 1940 and he preceded her in death May 1954.

She retired in 1983 as Executive Secretary to the Chief Financial Officer of Warner Lambert Pharmaceuticals in Parsippany, NJ.  She was a 1937 graduate of Orange High School in Orange, NJ and attended Western College in Oxford, OH.  While living in New Jersey, she was an active member of Community Church of Mountain Lakes.  She was also an avid reader, actively corresponded by mail with family and friends and was very family oriented.

Survivors, include: two sons, Dr. William H. Fee, Jr. and his wife Joyce of Franklin and David M. Fee and his wife Gail of Groveland, IL; a sister, Evelyn Allen of Pullman, WA; three grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a special niece, Martha "Marty" Goss of Boulder City, NV

The memorial service will be Saturday, September 18th at 3:00 p.m. in the McCracken Chapel of Cribbs Home at Wesbury United Methodist Community, 31 N. Park Avenue, Meadville, with the Rev. Jack Spencer, officiating.

Interment will be in Parsippany Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Parsippany, NJ.

The family suggests memorials be made to Wesbury Foundation, 31 N. Park Avenue, Meadville, PA 16335.
