Jeffrey G. Allen

Jeffrey G. Allen, 63, of Meadville died at home Friday, May 29, 2020 following a short illness.  He was born September 10, 1956 in Greenville a son of Marvin G. and Shirley Ann Mitchell Allen.  He married Martha “Marti” J. Rickert October 9, 1998 and she survives.

He was a graduate of Reynolds High School and worked for Greenville Metals, Wheatland Tube in Transfer, PA and most recently for J.M. Smucker in Greenville.  In his free time he enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

Survivors, in addition to his wife Martha “Marti” of 21 years, include: two sisters, Debbie King (Dale) of Greenville and Julie Murray (Pat) of Sharpsville; Martha’s three children, Brett Vath (Ronda) of Saegertown, Shane Vath (Jill) of Millington, TN and Rebecca Richardson (Russ) of Guys Mills; two nephews, Kyle King (Nicolette) of State College, PA and Kendal King (fiancé, Megan Scott) of Cranberry; two nieces, Kristen Howard (Kenny) of Mt. Lebanon and Ashley Stephenson (Joel) of Morrisdale; two step-nieces, Cassie Murray (fiancé, Matt Bixler) of Sharpsville and Delaney Murray of Sharpsville; two great nieces, Charlotte King and Peyton Howard and two step-great nieces, Gabby and Rian Klingensmith.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Calling hours will be Friday, June 5th from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, June 6th from 10-11 a.m. at Sunnyside Mennonite Church 12981 Foust Road, Conneaut Lake.

The funeral service will be Saturday, June 6th at 11 a.m. at the church with Pastor Russ Richardson, officiating.

Interment will be in Sunnyside Mennonite Church Cemetery.
