Mrs. Jennie J. Kelley, 90, of Meadville, died at City Hospital Tuesday evening, November 5, 1974, after a short illness. She had been hospitalized two days.
Born in Meadville on July 12, 1884, she was a daughter of Dennis B. and Louisa Pees Roche. She was the widow of Charles E. Kelley who died in 1928. Mrs. Kelley was a member of First Baptist Church and taught the Plus Ultra Sunday School Class of the church for 67 years. She was a charter member of the Meadville Woman's Club, a member of the Ladies Advisory Committee of City Hospital and was active in YWCA work in her earlier years.
Survivors include a brother, Clarence Roche of Meadville and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
