Jerry H. Kozlowski, 63, of Conneaut Lake, died unexpectedly, Sunday, July 27, 2008 in Andover, OH.
He was born in Pittsburgh, May 7, 1945 a son of Henry and Genevieve Baranowski Kozlowski. He married Constance J. Baker October 20, 1984 and she survives.
He worked as a paralegal/office manager for the Friedman Law Firm in Ashtabula, OH and previously had worked for Rockwell International in Ashtabula for 20 years.
He was a graduate of Conneaut Lake High School and he attended Kent State University. He was a member the Eagle’s Lodge in Andover, OH and the Pymatuning Sportsman’s Club and he attended Our Lady Queen of the Americas Roman Catholic Church in Conneaut Lake. He was an avid golfer and dearly loved his children.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, Connie of 23 years, include: a son, Ryan Kozlowski of Conneaut Lake; two daughters, Christina Franke of Cleveland and Ashley Kozlowski of Conneaut Lake; two brothers, David Kozlowski and his wife Kathy of Pittsburgh and Jack Kozlowski and his wife Jean of Espyville; a sister, Janet Carpellotti and her husband Frank of Pittsburgh; his father-in-law, James Baker of Meadville; his sister-in-law, Debbie Holt and her husband Frank of Conneaut Lake; his brother-in-law, Tim Baker of Saegertown and seven nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Jean Baker.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the Waid-Coleman Funeral Home, Inc., 12422 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake with a Scripture Prayer service Wednesday at 5:45 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of the Americas Roman Catholic Church, 155 S. Ninth Street, Conneaut Lake, with Fr. Steve Anderson as Celebrant.
Burial will be in Our Lady Queen of the Americas Cemetery.
