Jessica Lynn (Jezsyka) Middleton

Jessica (Jezsyka) Lynn Middleton, 24, of Conneaut Lake, died at home, Thursday, April 1, 2010 as a result of health complications sustained in a car accident in April 2007.

She was born in Greenville, May 16, 1985 a daughter of Bill and Linda Hetrick Middleton.

She worked as a nanny for several years and had also worked at Conneaut Lake Park and Mal-Mart.  She was a 2003 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School and had attended Edinboro University.  She had a beautiful voice and loved to sing.  She was a member of the Conneaut Lake High School Chorus where she had many solos, she sang at weddings and the National Anthem at Conneaut Lake Park.  She competed in several singing competitions.  She also enjoyed karaoke and photography.  She collected items with pictures of cherries on them and she was an avid Marilyn Monroe fan.  Her father was from the south and she enjoyed traveling down there and had hoped to move to Florida of Alabama some day.

Survivors include her mother, Linda Middleton of Conneaut Lake; two brothers, Justin Middleton and Jonathan Middleton, both of Conneaut Lake; her maternal grandmother, Sandra Ciccarone of Greenville; her maternal grandfather, Larry K. Hetrick, Sr. of Cochranton; her maternal great-grandmother, Margaret Hetrick of Hartstown and several aunts, uncles, cousins, great-aunts and great-uncles.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Otis Middleton; her paternal grandmother, Elsie Morris and an uncle, Tommy Middleton.

Services were held at Waid-Coleman Funeral Home.
