Jessie Cutshall Gaub

Jessie Cutshall Gaub, 76, of Vernon Township, widow of Jacob E. Gaub, died at the home of a sister in Guys Mills, Saturday, February 21, 1981, after a one-year illness.

She was born at Cochranton, April 2, 1904, daughter of Ira B. and Mary Heath Cutshall.  She married Gaub September 23, 1937.  He died October 3, 1965.

She was employed for 11 years in the office of Carpenter Electric.  She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church; of Golden Crown Chapter, Order of Eastern Star; Ladies Advisory Committee of City Hospital and of Meadville Grange.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Karl (Virginia) Gilbert of Guys Mills; three brothers, C. Ellsworth Cutshall of Meadville, William Cutshall of Guys Mills and Arden Cutshall of Cochranton.  She was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Cochranton Cemetery.
