Joan B. Smallenberger

Joan B. Smallenberger, 78, a resident of the Crawford County Care, passed away there Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

She was born March 11, 1940 in Meadville, the daughter of Walter and Mildred Lawyer Pierce.

Joan was a graduate of Meadville High School and attended Allegheny College.  She worked as a buyer at the Allegheny College Bookstore and enjoyed gardening, traveling and antiques.

She is survived by son, Trond, daughter-in-law Kimmy, and grandson Finnegan.
